Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for labour workforce (partial training)
Create awareness on human rights and labour rights
Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies
Support onboarding process for labour workforce
Deliver effective and engaging training programs at site/facility

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant experience as a Trainer
Experience in Human Rights, Compliance and Labour Training
Hindi language is mandatory (should be able to communicate and conduct training in Hindi)
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
