Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Rajpura, Punjab (Near ITI College) Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on Interview Performance) Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter who can handle skilled & unskilled manpower hiring for our operations in Rajpura, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic hiring knowledge, and the ability to source manpower from local areas. Key Responsibilities: Skilled & unskilled manpower sourcing from local market. Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates. Visiting nearby locations, markets, and hubs for field sourcing. Maintaining daily reports of candidate hiring & follow-up. Coordinating manpower deployment as per client requirements. Building & maintaining a strong manpower network in Rajpura region.
