IPCOM a 30 year old organisation is looking to recruit Computer Service Engineers immediately. The candidate should be proficient in the following areas: Knowledge of resolving issues in Windows 10 & 11 operating systems. Knowledge of Windows Server installation and basic setup is an added advantage Configuring email and handling Microsoft Office related issues Installation and troubleshooting issues related to common application softwares used in offices, such as Tally, Antivirus to name a few. Configure all types of printers and troubleshoot printing issues. Assembling and installation of computers, replacing RAM, Hard Disks and Displays in laptops. Knowledge of crimping / punching, network testing and configuring basic level router and switches is a must. Handle troubleshooting calls over telephone and remote sessions Other requirements: Any diploma. Additional certification will be considered as an advantage Expected to visit client sites within Coimbatore city limits Resident of Coimbatore or willing to relocate. Should have a two wheeler with a valid driving license. Our Offer : Salary : Rs.20000 - Rs.30000 based on experience.
