Requirements *Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. *At least 2 years of experience with direct Certinia/FinancialForce. *3-5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator. *Hands-on expertise with Salesforce configuration and customization, including: *Workflows, Flows, and Process Builder automations. *Validation rules, approval processes, and assignment rules. *Reports, dashboards, and list views. *Security configuration (profiles, roles, permission sets, OWD, sharing rules). *Integration setup and troubleshooting with third-party tools (HubSpot, Certinia, Intacct, etc.). *Data management: imports, exports, deduplication, and maintaining data integrity. *Strong reporting/analytics skills (Salesforce Reports/Dashboards, Power BI a plus). *Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. *Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. *Clear communicator, able to train and support users across functions. Nice to have *Salesforce Administrator Certification(s). *Hands-on experience with Intacct (huge plus). *Experience with Finance/ERP integrations (Certinia, Intacct, or similar). *Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or agentic workflow technologies. *Familiarity with PandaDoc, Outreach, or Chorus. *Experience in SaaS or fast-scaling tech companies.
