As a highly skilled Senior React Developer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing high-performance web applications, leading front-end development efforts, and mentoring junior developers. Your key responsibilities will include developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable React applications, architecting efficient, reusable, and maintainable front-end components, and working closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code. Additionally, you will ensure the performance, security, and accessibility of web applications, lead technical discussions, guide best coding practices, integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, write unit and integration tests for robust application development, and stay up-to-date with the latest React and front-end trends. To excel in this role, you are required to have at least 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, expertise in React.js, Redux, Next.js (or similar frameworks), strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS (SCSS/Tailwind), experience with React Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle, familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, ES6+), knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress), experience in optimizing web performance and accessibility, a strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development, as well as excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a work schedule that includes day shift and rotational shift. A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and a minimum of 6 years of experience with React is also preferred. The work location for this position is remote.,
