I have never seen this kind of response for customers.. worst service never respond.. they just raise complaints and escalations never send technician.. 30 days me 10 din Toh net band hi rehta Hai whoever is reading to switch to ION .. ridiculous service and waste of money & time

I used to reside in Kurla, Mumbai, same problem over there too. We would buy 40Mbps, but the internet never worked properly, it lags, a lot. The only thing that SOMETIMES works properly is youtube, ONLY SOMETIMES. Worst ISP for me upto date.
