Pathetic service -internet is offline since yesterday. Call response is very bad and even after calling multiple times they won't send anyone to resolve the issue

I wish I could give them zero stars. Amongst the worst service provider ever. And their customer care service is the worst among any of the Brands I have used. Don't believe these guys on anything and use other service providers.

Worst services. They not even check whether internet is working or not just came did the wiring took money and went no call back not responding to even single call really worst services. I will never ever suggest ION internet to anyone.
