Pathetic and Hopeless service. Most of the time, net is down. Data encryption/transfer is major concern. This company technicians can not lay fiber cable properly. Poor splicing work

Worst Broadband Service ever. Instead of providing proper service to user, they say "all other ISPs also don't give service". It means they have accepted they are not giving service. At least try to improve your services. ION Team my friends you need to train your people how to deal with customers.
