About Us Oniisaab is a premium anime-inspired streetwear brand, building high-quality, limited-drop apparel for a growing community across India. We’re scaling our operations and are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to own day-to-day e-commerce fulfillment and backend processes. Role Overview As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing order processing, inventory coordination, logistics, returns, and courier partner communication. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys structured execution and problem-solving in a fast-moving D2C environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily order processing from Shopify / OMS Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch, delivery, RTOs, and reverse pickups Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues Handle return, replacement, and refund coordination Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement Coordinate with warehouse/packing team for timely dispatch Monitor SLA adherence and report delays or operational gaps Maintain operational reports (orders, RTO %, returns, delays) Support SOP creation and process improvement initiatives
