Role & responsibilities Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD. Develop and maintain accurate piping drawings, including isometrics, orthographics, and schematics. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity. Conduct clash detection and resolution. Generate and maintain piping specifications, material take-offs, and bill of materials. Develop and maintain piping design standards and best practices. Participate in design reviews and ensure design quality. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work Strong design knowledge in HVAC, Fire & Plumbing. Create 3D piping models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks, PDMS). Preparing all kind of HVAC, Fire & Plumbing 2D and 3D drawings from the Revit model. Clash Detection and co-ordination using Navisworks. Preparation of 2D sheet with annotations in Revit. Preferred candidate profile 2+ Years of Experience Diploma / B.E. of Mechanical Engineering/ Relevant, or related field. Proficiency in preparing HVAC plant rooms & Pump rooms. Must be capable of performing Clash detection using Navisworks and Revit interference check, export Clash reports, review clash reports etc. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks, PDMS). Strong knowledge of piping design principles, codes, and standards. Experience with 3D modeling and clash detection tools. Certification in CAD design or piping engineering. Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software

Role & responsibilities Should be fluent in Revit software. Develop BIM models for Electrical and ELV services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services. Preparation of Electrical and ELV BIM Models with various level of detailing. Strong design knowledge in electrical and ELV systems. Preparing all kind of Electrical and ELV 2D and 3D drawings from the Revit model. Work side by side with teams in-house and external teams to complete BIM projects. Quantity Take-offs from model. Clash Detection and co-ordination using Navisworks. Preparation of 2D sheet with annotations in Revit. Preferred candidate profile Revit 2+ Years of Experience Diploma / B.E. of Electrical Engineering Relevant. Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD. Proficiency in preparing Electrical - Substation. Must be capable of performing Clash detection using Navisworks and Revit interference check, export Clash reports, review clash reports etc. Ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team. Can be able to write Dynamo Codes will be added advantage. Deep understanding of BIM and specifically developing an information model for the project Excellent communication skills Leadership and personality conducive to owner and consultant interaction Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
