About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, or messages to understand their needs. 2. Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, need, timeline, etc.). 3. Communicate with the company's services, offerings, and value proposition. 4. Schedule discovery or technical meetings between qualified leads and the tech team. 5. Maintain accurate records of lead status and interaction history in CRM tools. 6. Coordinate with the sales and tech teams to ensure timely follow-ups and handoffs. 7. Provide regular updates on lead progress and suggest improvements in outreach strategies. 8. Assist in drafting email templates, call scripts, and responses to common queries. 9. Follow up with leads post-call to gather feedback and keep them engaged.
