INVENTURE BUSINESS ADVISERS LLP Position – GST Professional Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable GST professional to manage the organization’s compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations. The candidate will ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, reconciliation of input tax credits, and handling assessments, audits, and departmental communications. Job Descriptions · Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.). · Ensure accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims and reconcile with GSTR-2B. · Maintain GST-related ledgers and documentation for audits and assessments. · Prepare and file LUT (Letter of Undertaking) for exports, if applicable. · Monthly reconciliation of GSTR-2B with books of accounts review of monthly debtor’s and creditor’s aging. · Reconciliation of outward supplies with GSTR-1/1A and books. · Review and preparation of e-invoice, e-way bill data and reconciliation with GST returns. · Handle departmental queries, GST audits, and assessment proceedings. · Coordinate with auditors, and internal departments for GST-related matter. · Provide guidance to internal teams on GST applicability and treatment. · Monitor changes in GST law, circulars, notifications, and ensure timely implementation. · Assist in GST impact analysis on new business transactions. · Preparation and filing of GST Refund documents and follow-up with department. · Knowledge of VAT and Service tax for the follow-ups with the authorities. Qualifications and Skills: · CA Inter / CMA Inter / CA with relevant GST experience / Lawyer. · 1–5+ years of hands-on experience in GST compliance and advisory. · Proficient in Excel, GSTN portal, and accounting/ERP software (Tally, SAP, etc.). · Strong understanding of GST law, rules, notifications, and departmental practices. · Good communication and documentation skills. Salary Range: Rs. 50,000/- to Rs.65,000/- + Bonus + Incentive + Conveyance as per company policy. Place of work: Gurgaon Office, Mayur Vihar Office and Clients’ offices as and when required.
