Manage and coordinate various logistic activities with internal/external service provider to support business operation including warehousing, transportation, import, export, customs, etc. Responsibility Oversees all aspects of Import and Export Operations, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions. Ensures that all Import and Export activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Manages the transportation and delivery of goods Port to Warehouse, coordinating with Shipping Companies, Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and other parties involved. Ability to manage complex logistics and documentation - IMPORT & EXPORT, FTA, ETC Specializes in navigating Customs regulations and procedures, ensuring goods are cleared for Import & Export. Shipment Tracking - Import & Export Coordination with internal cross functional departments - like Finance, Quality, Customer Service, Product Marketing & Supply Chain Timely Customs Duty Payments & follow-up with Finance Requirements Bachelor’s degree, no limitation to major, logistic related is preferred 3-6 years in Logistics or Supply Chain, Knowledge of logistics functions especially in import and export, transport and customs is advantage Strong understanding of International Trade regulations and Customs procedure Proficiency in relevant software and technologies; Experience in ERP, familiar with Oracle - EBS is preferred. Good communicator, skilled in English, Excellent communication and negotiation skill
