Job Summary: This role requires strong client handling skills, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record in sourcing and closing quality candidates across multiple functions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–7 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process and client handling. Experience in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively. Confident in handling client meetings and status calls independently.
