Role & responsibilities 1. Crew Management (FPSO-specific): Coordinate end-to-end crew mobilization, demobilization, onboarding, and rotations for FPSO operations in compliance with regulatory and company standards. 2. HR Operations Support: Maintain employee records, contracts, and certifications; support recruitment, induction, and performance documentation for offshore personnel. 3. Travel & Logistics Coordination: Manage crew travel, visa, medicals, insurance, accommodations, and transport logistics aligned with crew change schedules and vessel location. 4. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all seafarer documentation are up-to-date and compliant with client and regulatory requirements. 5. Coordination with Vendors & Agencies: Liaise with manning agencies, travel agents, training providers, and medical centers to streamline crew deployment and welfare activities. 6. General Office Administration: Support day-to-day office functions including procurement coordination, facility upkeep, maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, and assisting with internal documentation and filing. 7. Administrative Reporting: Handle leave tracking, timesheets, crew databases, and prepare periodic reports for internal and client use. Preferred candidate profile 35 years of experience in crew management, preferably with FPSO or offshore oil & gas operations Strong understanding of maritime compliance, flag/state requirements, and MLC regulations Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office
Role & responsibilities Responsible for ensuring timely payment of taxes such as TDS, Income Tax, GST, WHT, etc. Responsible for Preparation and filing of corporate tax returns such as TDS Returns, Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, etc. Responsible for looking after the procedural compliances such as obtaining e-way bill, e-invoices, TDS Certificate, Reconciliation of Form 26 AS, Reconciliation of GSTR 2A and 2B. Assisting in preparation of income tax audit report and GSTR Annual Filings. Assisting in preparation of transfer pricing audit report. Assisting in preparation and submission of all tax related issues such as assessment scrutiny, appeals, department enquiries, etc. Preferred candidate profile Assertive and Good presence of mind Good experience with Advanced Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word. Should be aware and versed with Income Tax and GST Laws. Knowledge of other acts/laws as applicable to tax is preferable. Good communication & interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
