Role Overview We’re looking for a fast-paced, trend-savvy Video Editor to help us dominate social media. Key Responsibilities - Edit and create short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. - Understand hook-driven storytelling, trending audio, and high-converting transitions. - Optimize videos for engagement and reach. - Add engaging captions, emojis, and B-roll to maximize retention. - Manage a high volume of content with quick turnaround times. Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut (Desktop), or Final Cut Pro. DaVinci Resolve is a plus. - A deep understanding of retention editing (fast cuts, zooms, sound effects). - Ability to take creative feedback and iterate quickly.
