You will engage with international customers from the US Largest Telecom via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in effectively conveying information and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner. It is important to adhere to company policies and procedures while providing accurate and efficient support to customers. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with team members to optimise processes and enhance the overall customer experience is essential. The minimum qualification required for this role is PUC. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is necessary. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. A strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude is highly valued. This position requires working a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilising the provided two-way cab transportation.
