In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Codeyoung and our international clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and nurturing long-lasting relationships. Through comprehensive training in international markets, customer personas, and effective sales strategies, you will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. We are seeking individuals who possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, a strong desire to learn and grow, and hold a bachelor's or master's degree. Additionally, strong listening skills and a customer-centric approach are crucial for success in this position. Immediate joiners are highly preferred as we are looking for proactive and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. As part of our compensation package, you will undergo a two-month training period with a fixed monthly stipend of 20,000 rupees. Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to a competitive CTC of 7.36 LPA, inclusive of fixed and incentive components. Furthermore, performance appraisals will be conducted every three months, offering you opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
