International Customer Support For Centene Process

As a Customer Support Executive in the Health Care Process, you will be based in Bellandur, Bangalore, and work in rotational US shifts with 5 days on and 2 days off. You will have access to one-way cab transportation between 8 PM to 6 AM within a 25 km radius. To be eligible for this role, you should have a PUC or Graduate qualification and a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice process, excluding domestic, AR caller, or non-voice roles. Proficiency in English communication is essential, and immediate joiners are preferred. Your compensation package includes a fixed salary ranging from 25K to 26K, along with a night shift allowance of 4,200, attendance bonus of 500, and cab reimbursement of 1,500. Additionally, you will be eligible for attractive incentives and benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to earn performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and shift allowances.
