Job Description

You will be working as a BCP Voice (Verifications Process) in a rotational shift with Saturday and Sunday off. Your net take-home salary will be 24K with an additional quarterly bonus of 4K. You should have excellent communication skills and relevant experience as a graduate or undergraduate. The work will be done from the office and it will involve voice process. 2-way cab facility will be provided. **Key Responsibilities:** - Verify information through voice calls - Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate verification - Follow the verification process guidelines strictly - Ensure data security and confidentiality **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates/undergraduates with relevant experience - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in rotational shifts The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes fixed shifts from Monday to Friday, night shifts, rotational shifts, and US shifts.
