Assist in preparing client training materials and reports. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations. Qualifications: Experience: Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a Functional support role. Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and networking. Eagerness to learn. CRM system knowledge will be a plus. Educational Qualification: Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
