About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern – Project Manager (Catering Operations) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of catering operations for weddings and events. The role involves managing vendor coordination, client interactions, cost optimisation and ensuring smooth on-site event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with catering vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of event requirements.
• Assist with vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and budget management while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate catering arrangements, service staff, quantities, timelines, and venue requirements.
• Support on-site catering setup and event execution, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.
• Resolve last-minute operational challenges and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Strong vendor management, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and support on-site event execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
