Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily payment processing and tracking.

Maintain payment records and update internal trackers.

Coordinate with the Accounts, Payments and Operations teams for pending payments.

Assist in checking booking details, invoices and supporting documents.

Follow up on pending transactions and help resolve payment-related issues.

Support data entry, reconciliation and preparation of reports.

Ensure records are accurate and tasks are completed within the given timelines.
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.
