Intern / Management Associate – Social Media, Content & Performance Marketing

*Engagement:* Three-month internship, with an opportunity to join the full-time Management Associate programme based on performance and business requirements.

Role purpose

Drive WLC’s digital presence across social media, website and performance marketing, with a focus on content quality, audience engagement, website traffic and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.

- Plan and maintain content calendars, publishing schedules and campaign timelines.

- Monitor DMs, comments, mentions and enquiries; respond promptly and professionally.

- Proactively engage with relevant audiences, pages and conversations to improve visibility and reach.

- Create basic graphics, carousels and short-form videos using Canva or equivalent tools.

- Manage and update website content, events, programmes, images, links and key information.

- Drive traffic from social media and campaigns to the website and improve the user journey from interest to enquiry.

- Support basic SEO through keywords, page titles, descriptions and content optimisation.

- Assist with paid campaigns, audience targeting, creative testing, lead tracking and optimisation.

- Track social engagement, website traffic, enquiries and campaign performance, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and skills

- Strong writing, editing and communication skills.

- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and digital content formats.

- Basic design and video-editing skills.

- Familiarity with website CMS, SEO and analytics tools is desirable.

- Exposure to Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics or Search Console is an advantage.

- Strong organisation, responsiveness and attention to detail.

Level of ownership

*Intern:* Support content, social engagement, website updates, campaign execution and reporting.

*Management Associate:* Own assigned social channels, website updates, engagement, traffic growth and campaign execution within approved plans.
