Job Summary: The Site Supervisor for Interior Work will be responsible for overseeing all on-site interior execution activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients to manage daily site operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior work at the site. Ensure all interior activities (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, etc.) are executed as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain quality control and safety standards at the site. Track material requirements and manage inventory to avoid project delays. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR). Verify measurements and quantities for billing purposes. Handle site-related issues and provide practical solutions to keep work progress on schedule. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance at all times. Attend project meetings and update management about progress and issues. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or related field. 3–7 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out or finishing work. Strong understanding of interior design drawings, BOQs, and materials. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure timely completion. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, AutoCAD reading preferred). Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
