- Maintain quality standards: Conduct regular site inspections to check dimensions, levels, alignments, material specifications, detailing and finishing quality.
- Monitor project costs: Track actual expenses against approved budgets, control wastage and variations, and ensure all client-requested changes are documented, approved and priced before execution.
- Ensure daily site readiness: Check drawings, manpower, materials, tools and work-front availability. Identify bottlenecks early and resolve or escalate them.
- Manage client coordination: Keep clients informed about progress, timelines, site requirements, changes and potential delays. Ensure a smooth and professional project experience.
- Manage snagging and handover: Conduct internal quality checks before client walkthroughs, close all pending snags and coordinate the final handover, including keys, warranties, manuals and relevant documentation.
- Report project progress: Share a concise weekly update with Sunay covering project status, upcoming milestones, delays, risks, budget position and decisions required.
