Interior Project Manager - Corporate Interiors

Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Fit-out (PMC)
Location: Chennai / Bengaluru / Pan India (Project-Based Travel Required)
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PMC) to independently handle corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects at site locations. The candidate must be strong in Design, site execution, vendor coordination, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects at site
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors
• Monitor site progress, quality, and timelines
• Handle contractors, labor teams, and material scheduling
• Verify BOQ, measurements, and billing
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Travel to project locations across cities when required

Required Skills

✔ Strong knowledge of interior site execution
✔ Experience in corporate/commercial interior projects
✔ Ability to handle multiple vendors and contractors
✔ Good understanding of drawings and BOQ
✔ Strong problem-solving at site

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution
• Experience working as PMC / Site Project Manager preferred
• Willing to travel and relocate based on project location

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
