Job Responsibilities:.

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day residential interior project activities.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engi!eers, Designers, carpenters, and installation teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of interior projects as per approved drawings and timelines.
• Follow up on material dispatch, delivery, and installation schedules.
• Monitor site progress and provide regular project status updates.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project schedules, site visits, and execution updates.
• Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper coordination between design, production, logistics, and installation teams.
• Monitor project quality, workmanship, and site discipline.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and completion records.

Candidate Requirements::

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience in residential interior project coordination or site execution is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of modular furniture, interior materials, and installation processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to residential project sites across Chennai.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
