Preferred Education for this role includes a B.Arch, M.Arch, BE, Diploma in Interior Designing, or other relevant courses. Candidates with relevant hands-on experience and strong portfolios are encouraged to apply. Certifications in advanced design tools or software are a plus. With a minimum of 1+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field, your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and create innovative designs tailored to customer needs. You will develop detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, and other industry-standard tools. Site visits to assess feasibility, gather measurements, and oversee the execution of designs will be part of your routine, ensuring compliance with standards. It is essential to stay informed about emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions. Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to manage project timelines and material selections is a key aspect of the role. You will participate in client presentations and meetings, providing creative input and ensuring satisfaction. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and adhering to deadlines is crucial. Effective communication with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of designs is necessary. Budget estimations for interior projects and providing cost-effective solutions to clients will be part of your responsibilities. Skills required for this role include proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vray, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Lumion for rendering and visual presentations. Technical expertise in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering is essential. Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate client ideas into actionable designs are required. Expertise in furniture, finishes, lighting, and other design materials is crucial. The ability to manage on-site execution, coordinate with contractors, and troubleshoot design challenges is necessary. A keen eye for aesthetics and innovation in design, along with the ability to work in a team and lead projects when necessary, are important. Demonstrate proactive decision-making and adaptability under tight deadlines.
