Description
Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their goals, needs, and budget. Develop design concepts and space plans that align with client requirements. Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay. Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for site supervisors. Oversee installation and ensure the design vision is executed accurately. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. Manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate with other professionals as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRAy, Adobe Creative Suite, or Revit. Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations is a plus.
