Key Responsibilities: Design & Technical WorkAssist in conceptualizing and developing interior design and architectural layouts. Prepare detailed drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, working & GFC drawings). Develop 2D & 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material palettes. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site supervisors for execution clarity. Handle both residential and commercial project drawings. Client Interaction & Presentations: Attend client meetings and site visits with the senior architect or project manager. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable design solutions. Confidently present design ideas and design rationale to clients. Follow up with potential clients for feedback and support the sales team with design inputs. Sales & Coordination closely with the sales team to provide design support during pitching and lead closure. Assist in design walkthroughs, budget planning, and design scope discussions.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Handle and grow Instagram and other social media business pages. Post content, engage with followers, and track page performance. Presentation & Documentation Create professional PPTs, proposals, and reports as per company needs. Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and site updates. Communication & Email Handling Draft, send, and respond to professional emails. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team through email/WhatsApp groups. Lead & Appointment Management Manage and update leads database. Fix appointments with clients and schedule follow-ups. Ensure timely initial follow-up on new inquiries. Customer & Group Engagement Be active in all customer and project groups (WhatsApp/other platforms). Share timely updates, respond to queries, and maintain professional communication. Site Visit Coordination Arrange and schedule site visits for clients and team. Maintain follow-up notes and report site updates to management. Project Support Track project progress and coordinate updates with the site team. Assist in preparing reports for ongoing projects. RequirementsProficiency in handling Instagram & social media platforms. Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Good email drafting and communication skills in English. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and manage leads systematically. Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
