Project Consultant (India – Remote) Location: Remote (India) Shift: Business hours aligned with the U.S. Eastern Time (ET). We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Project Consultant to join our global Client Services team. You must be willing to work Eastern Standard Hours (ET). In this role, you’ll work closely with the U.S.-based clients and internal stakeholders to manage research projects end-to-end, while contributing to our high standard of service and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Manage and consult clients through the full lifecycle of quantitative market research projects, from launch to close Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, including during assigned Friday–Tuesday coverage periods where you'll independently manage live projects Coordinate all aspects of project execution, including sampling, fieldwork, vendor management, and internal team collaboration Review questionnaires, advise on screening and quotas, and ensure quality and feasibility before launch Monitor field performance daily, balance quotas, troubleshoot issues, and maintain timelines and budgets Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—Sales, Programming, Integrated Solutions, and more—to deliver successful outcomes Liaise with third-party vendors and suppliers to meet project requirements, timelines, and budgets Support Sales/Business Development by assessing feasibility, compiling costs, and contributing to proposals when needed Document project specifications, make proactive recommendations, and contribute to process improvements Uphold best practices for data quality and client service in a fast-paced, remote-first environment What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred 3+ years of experience managing online market research fieldwork projects, ideally including multi-sourced sampling Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to manage client expectations and guide decision-making Proven ability to work independently, including full responsibility during assigned weekend work periods Experience in consulting, private equity, or corporate research is a strong plus Account management or proposal experience is a bonus Comfort with ambiguity and solving complex problems under tight timelines Strong Excel and MS Office skills Why You’ll Love Working Here 100% Remote: Work from your home office in India with a globally distributed team Flexible Scheduling: Primarily ET hours, with a Friday–Tuesday schedule required for one full quarter every 1–2 quarters Competitive Salary: Compensation aligned with experience and market Medical Benefits: Health insurance coverage provided through our local employer-of-record (EOR) partner Paid Time Off: Includes PTO and designated sick/casual days Collaborative Culture: Work with a smart, supportive global team that values innovation and accountability Growth Opportunities: Learn and grow with the support of experienced mentors and a scalable platform.
