Role & responsibilities Research and identify potential clients across target industries and geographies. Generate qualified leads via Bidding Portals, outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business in international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.). Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position the solutions. Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and relationship management. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling. Drive and optimize bidding activities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email strategies, and digital channels to identify & engage potential clients. Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and technical solutions. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new technology offerings to identify business opportunities. Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs (qualified leads, meetings set, Sales target). Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree / B.E. (preferred in IT or related fields). Minimum 3 years of experience in BDE / IT Sales roles in International Market Strong background in strategic sales, proposal writing, client acquisition, and relationship management. Proficiency in using tools HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar platforms. Sound knowledge of IT services, technologies, and development processes. Excellent English communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
