Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Specialist who excels in lead generation, email campaigns, social media management, and design work. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating and implementing successful integrated marketing campaigns that drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic lead generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to engage leads, nurture relationships, and drive conversions.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, ads, and landing pages, that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead acquisition costs, conversion rates, and ROI, and use insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in integrated marketing to continually improve campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on lead generation, email marketing, social media management, and design.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and storytelling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, content marketing strategies, and digital advertising platforms.
• Certification in Google Analytics or other analytics platforms is a plus.
