Very irresponsible staff especially Shalini!!!. I would not even give a single star also! Because I gave my important original documents to her and she missed everything TWICE very irresponsibly and didn't apologize until now.. I applied for my pan card here. Very smooth process. You can come here to fill form along with photo copies of documents and handle charges to the person or you can fill form online and submit the photo copies of application and documents to them if you prefer not to forward it via post.

Response was good. People being treated well. Job done in less than 5 mins. Person for NSR registration is cool and professional. Keep it up the service !

The people are nice and friendly. I went for NSR bio-metric verification and get it done within few minutes. When anyone go there, have yourself the exact fee, they don't have much change amount for it.
