Till you take a policy , they will be behind you , after that if there is any issue or if you need any basic information also, they won't even bother to respond. Basic curtsey of calling back doesn't exist. Poor customer service (they don't even call back) , best choice if you want to have your blood pressure shoot up!!!!

Their focus is on new business only ... They don't bother about servicing existing customers once the investment is done. Very bad experience.
