Responsibilities: Responsible for handling Feasibility - RFQ process, submission of quotations and cost breakup updation to customers Responsible for handling EDI Scheduling and Sales for Export customers Responsible for handling overseas OEM customers web portals Responsible right from RFQ / enquiry reviews, finalizing quotes, follow up for orders, receiving Purchase orders, Collection of Payments, Processing schedules for production, Delivery schedules, closing orders with timely dispatches Responsible for maintaining high customer relationship with all the customers and ensuring customer satisfaction by on time delivery by dispatching materials Responsible for timely receipt of all payments from customers Close communication with Production, PPC, Quality, Engineering, Purchase, Dispatch and Finance department for day to day activities. Handling Quality Complaint for OEMS Documentation preparation related to customer's requirements. MIS preparation and presentation. Technical Skills Required Must have handled automotive OEMs EDI scheduling and dispatches Must have good experience of handling automotive OEM Customers Must have handled Feasibility, RFQ process and cost breakup sheets of Export OEMS Must have good knowledge of export procedures Good written and verbal communication skills Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel, PPT, Outlook
