Job Description

As an Insurance Manager for the Agency Channel, you'll be responsible for building and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving sales, and ensuring strong customer relationships, while also focusing on recruitment, training, and performance management . Here's a more detailed breakdown of the key responsibilities and requirements: Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality insurance advisors. Ensure advisors obtain necessary licenses and certifications. Team Management and Leadership: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to advisors. Set and monitor sales targets, and provide feedback on performance. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve business goals. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
