As the Insurance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of insurance services. You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring exceptional client service, supporting operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth through policy sales and renewals. You will serve as the subject matter expert on insurance offerings and lead initiatives to continuously enhance our insurance operations. Manage the end-to-end process of policy handling including documentation, claims, and renewals. Collaborate with sales, development, and customer service teams to align insurance offerings with customer needs and project goals. Strong understanding of insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and customer service standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
