Job Description

As an AI Decision Science Analyst in the Accenture Strategy & Consulting Global Network Insurance Data & AI Practice, you will be part of a team that helps clients in the insurance industry grow their business through innovative strategies and advanced analytics. From Underwriting to Claims to Servicing and Enterprise Functions, you will work on developing analytic capabilities using AI/ML tools, techniques, and methods, including predictive modeling and Generative AI. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, build, deploy, deliver, and monitor advanced analytics models for various insurance problems - Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to understand complex business and engineering issues in insurance and create data-driven solutions that provide insights for action and operational enhancements - Collect data from multiple sources and present information in a clear and understandable manner, offering valuable insights to technical and non-technical audiences - Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members Qualifications Required: - Strong background in AI/ML tools, techniques, and methods - Experience in the insurance industry and domain knowledge - Excellent communication skills to present insights to diverse audiences In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse global community within Accenture Global Network, where you will have continuous opportunities for learning and growth.
