As a MERN Stack with Next.js Trainer, you will have the opportunity to guide and mentor students in building real-world projects and strengthening their development skills during an exciting 15-Day, On-Campus Training Program in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Your role will involve delivering practical training on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js, as well as guiding students in full-stack web development projects and mentoring them on real-world coding and debugging practices. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Conduct interactive and hands-on training sessions. - Assist students in building and deploying complete projects. - Address individual doubts and adapt content to various skill levels. - Ensure students gain industry-relevant, project-based experience. **Qualifications:** - Strong command of the relevant tech stack (MERN with Next.js). - Prior experience in classroom teaching or corporate training. - Strong communication and mentoring skills. - Ability to simplify complex topics for college students. - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
