Position: Architectural Draughtsman Location: DELHI/NCR Experience: 20 YEARS Salary: NEGOTIABLE Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to work closely with our architectural team in preparing accurate architectural and interior drawings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional projects, and be capable of coordinating effectively with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural and interior drawings based on conceptual designs and instructions from the architectural team. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants for project execution and documentation. Assist civil engineers with necessary drawings and information to support the preparation of estimates, specifications, and BOQs . Conduct site visits for measurement, verification, and supervision as required. Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Manage and update AutoCAD/Revit drawings , ensuring accuracy and version control. Handle 2-3 projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve design and coordination issues. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Draftsmanship or equivalent. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office . Strong understanding of architectural detailing, working drawings, and interior layouts . Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) . Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently. Prior experience in industrial or commercial architecture will be an advantage. Personality Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility. Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
