Job Description:Solenis is looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.This position will be part of the Global Analytics Hub. Leverage data analytics and data mining skills to deliver insights for the commercial organization that drive revenue increase, profitability improvement, and margin expansion globally. Reporting to the Analytics Manager, the analyst will be responsible and accountable for all quantitative analysis in the specified areas.Responsibilities:1.Creating analytical models – Understand business objectives, work with Lead to structure models, and deliver outputs focusing on:Price/Product portfolio optimizationIdentification of profit increase opportunities (price change, cost reduction, product mix change, etc.)Price/PPV/Pipeline forecastingPrice leakage, elasticity, variance analysis 2.Automation and optimization – Automate analytical models using R/Python/SQL or tools like Power Automate/KNIME. 3.Performance monitoring and reporting – Create automated dashboards for stakeholders, regional/global leaders, and CXOs.
