To provide holistic and interdisciplinary training environments that empower all athletes to maximize their potential and significantly contribute to India's Olympic and Para-Olympic medal achievements.Position: Pool OperatorDepartment: Maintenance Reporting to: Head Coach Swimming Job Location: Vijayanagara, Karnataka Nature of Work: OnsiteJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pool Operator to manage and maintain the safe operation of our pool facilities. The Pool Operator will be responsible for ensuring the pool's cleanliness, proper chemical balance, and the smooth functioning of all equipment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of pool maintenance, safety standards, and excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Pool Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the pools water quality by regularly testing and adjusting chemical levels (e.g., chlorine, pH).Ensure that pool equipment pumps, filters, etc., are functioning properly and perform regular inspections.Clean the pool, pool deck, and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.Handle debris removal and ensure the pool area is free from any obstructions or hazards.Safety and Compliance: Ensure all pool operations comply with safety standards and local regulations.Maintain accurate records of pool water quality tests, chemical adjustments, and maintenance activities.Respond promptly to any equipment malfunctions and report issues to management.Monitor pool area for safety and ensure that guests follow pool rules and guidelines.Equipment and Supplies Management: Maintain inventory of pool chemicals and supplies, ordering replacements as needed.Clean and inspect pool equipment, ensuring it is operating at peak efficiency.Ensure that emergency safety equipment such as life rings and first aid kits are readily available and in good condition.Customer Service: Greet guests and provide them with information regarding pool safety rules and schedules.Assist with inquiries about the pool and ensure a positive guest experience.Report any concerns or incidents to the management team, following established procedures.Routine Inspections: Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure the proper functioning of the pool and related systems.Ensure all filtration, heating, and circulation systems are running efficiently.Handle minor repairs or maintenance tasks as required.Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain and update logs for pool inspections, water quality tests, and maintenance activities.Report any significant issues or required repairs to management promptly.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in pool maintenance, operation, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of pool chemistry, filtration systems, and safety protocols.Certification in Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) or equivalent is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and customer service orientation.Physical stamina to perform tasks like cleaning, lifting, and pool monitoring.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry equipment or chemicals.Standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.Ability to work in various weather conditions and be outdoors for prolonged periods.Working Conditions:Full-shift or split shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.Work is primarily performed outdoors at the pool, requiring exposure to heat, water, and weather elements.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your qualifications and experience to dilip.suthar@inspireinstituteofsport.com.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience in financial reporting, taxation, and banking operations.
