Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Montessori Teacher at Insight: Behavior Therapy Services. The Montessori Teacher will be responsible for creating and executing lesson plans, fostering a child-friendly learning environment, and using tailored teaching methods to support the developmental needs of each child. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues and families to ensure consistent strategies and growth in academic, social, and behavioral skills. Educators are expected to uphold the values and philosophies of Montessori-based instruction and provide positive guidance to nurture children’s individual learning journeys. Qualifications Expertise in Lesson Planning and curriculum design to meet the needs of young learners Strong foundation in Education, including knowledge of Montessori theories and practices Effective Communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues Proficiency in Teaching and guiding students with patience and empathy Ability to provide Training and support for caregivers to ensure consistent learning practices Passion for early childhood education and child development Relevant Montessori certification or equivalent teaching qualification is highly desirable Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
