Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV chargers.
• Explain charger features, pricing, installation services, and product benefits.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective follow-ups and sales techniques.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

  and maximize incentive earnings.
• Generate additional business through outbound calling and lead conversion.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
• Maintain daily sales activities, customer records, and follow-ups in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and installation.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 27 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred.
• Strong negotiation, customer-handling, and sales-closing abilities.
• Comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Experience in EV chargers, automobile sales, electrical products, or related industries will be an advantage.
