CRM Cum Telecaller – Real Estate Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, customer-friendly, and target-driven CRM cum Telecaller to manage inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, lead nurturing, and customer relationship management for our plotted development project. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to coordinate between customers, site teams, and management. Key Responsibilities Lead Calling & Follow-ups Make outbound calls to inquiries received from portals, campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins. Explain project details, USPs, pricing, and plot availability clearly to potential customers. Maintain strong and consistent follow-up until site visit closure. Customer Relationship Management Maintain customer database in CRM software with accurate & updated information. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolutions. Share project brochures, videos, layout plans, location map, and follow-up messages. Site Visit Coordination Schedule and confirm site visits with prospects. Coordinate with the sales team or driver for pickup/drop if required. Track visit feedback and push for next steps (booking/documentation). Documentation & Closure Support Assist customers in understanding the booking process, documents required, payment schedule, etc. Coordinate with the sales team and management during negotiation and closure. Maintain proper documentation for bookings and customer communication. Post-Sales Support Update customers on project developments, approvals, milestones, and payment reminders. Support CRM team in agreement preparation, registration coordination, and other post-sales tasks. Reporting Prepare daily call reports, follow-up reports, and conversion trackers. Report lead quality, customer concerns, and market feedback to management. Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Telugu (preferred). Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication. Experience in real estate telecalling, CRM, or sales is an added advantage. Ability to maintain systematic follow-ups and report regularly. Basic computer skills – Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools. High level of patience, politeness, and customer handling ability.
