The Transport Manager will oversee all aspects of transportation operations, including managing the fleet, ensuring efficient transportation schedules, and maintaining excellent customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating with drivers, managing logistics, optimizing routes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Operations Management and Transportation Management skills Customer Service and Communication skills Fleet Management experience Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders Proficiency in using transportation management software Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
