Senior Angular Developer / Front-End Lead @ Karaikkudi
Role & responsibilities Front-End Development: Lead the development of dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular (v17+), TypeScript, and Bootstrap. Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, functional, and maintainable web applications. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, train, and mentor a small team of junior front-end developers. Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Architectural Best Practices: Implement and champion best practices for modern Angular development, including robust state management (e.g., NgRx, Signals), component architecture, authentication/session management, and efficient API integration. Code Quality & Review: Enforce high standards of code quality, performance, and reusability through rigorous code reviews. Establish and maintain clear development guidelines for the team. Client Collaboration: Act as a key technical point of contact, communicating effectively with US-based clients to discuss requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure project alignment and success. Agile Project Management: Manage development workflows and track progress using project management tools like JIRA. Maintain clean and organized version control using Git/GitHub. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : 3+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 2+ years of focused, hands-on experience with modern Angular (v8 or newer). Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Hands-on experience converting UI/UX designs from Figma into high-quality, responsive code. Strong practical knowledge of CSS frameworks, particularly Bootstrap. Deep understanding of front-end architecture, including state management patterns, component lifecycle, and secure API consumption (RESTful). Leadership & Communication: Proven ability or strong aptitude for managing and mentoring a small team of developers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to interact directly with international clients. Experience conducting thorough and constructive code reviews. Tools & Processes: Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitHub). Working knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA). Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
