Job Title: Accountant Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Software Knowledge: Tally (Mandatory) , Rednote (Optional) Job Description / Scope of Work: We are looking for a skilled Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Tally software to handle end-to-end accounting operations. Knowledge of Rednote accounting software will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Maintain purchase invoices , sales invoices, debit/credit notes in Tally Handle Accounts Payable (AP) – vendor bills, payment processing, and reconciliation Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) – customer invoicing, collections, and outstanding follow-up Perform regular payment follow-ups with customers and vendors Maintain ledger accounts , journal entries, cash book, and bank book Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) Handle payroll processing including salary calculation, deductions, and salary disbursement Maintain employee payroll records and related documentation Support month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries as required by management Ensure proper documentation, filing, and accuracy of accounting records Required Skills & Knowledge: 3–5 years of accounting experience Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory) Knowledge of Rednote software is optional / added advantage Good understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel Good communication and payment follow-up skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Contact : hr@innvovativeic.com
